Wishing a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to the readers of my blog -- with these photos of Christmas at the Beatty farmhouse in 1936. My father would have been 16 when these were shot. We still have the rocking chair seen at left in the top pic. Many a Beatty child has been rocked in that chair.
